Kentuckiana CPR shall at no time be held liable nor accept liability for any functions performed not consistent with the guidelines of the course outline and agenda provided by the American Heart Association.

Persons making purchases agree to follow the American Heart association guidelines fully. In no case will Kentuckiana CPR or its employees or principal administrators, founders, owners or agents be liable for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages including any lost profits or positions, credit, licensure or employment and/or any losses what-so-ever arising out of the use or inability to execute the resuscitation steps as outlined under the certification during the certification period.

Please note that all courses or products purchased are non refundable or returnable. Consideration of a refund will be decided on an individual basis and request must be received in writing. All payments received will be forfeited if the individual does not show for their classroom. Individuals taking the online courses are responsible for scheduling their skills test within 120 days or they will be required to purchase another course. Individuals taking the online courses affirm that they have the mental capacity and autonomy to complete the course as outlined by the American Heart Association. Individuals wishing to challenge the online courses as initial training acknowledge that it is at the instructors discretion to provide a remediation opportunity.

All visitors to the site and purchasers accept any and all liability that may arise with respect to machine malfunction or incompatibility. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person. All persons understand that a skills test is mandatory in order to receive a certification. Kentuckiana CPR reserves the right to refuse service to any person. Kentucky Board of Nursing approval of an Individual nursing continuing education provider does not constitute endorsement of program content.
